What is the flow of a typical session?
A typical session will start with an improv activity, or a impromptu speaking activity.
Will they be allowed to speak one by one?
Yes. This class is designed to have students be more comfortable in creating and delivering impromptu speeches. It is activity-heavy.
What writing assignments are given and how long will it take them to finish?
No writing activity would be done for this class, but students will be expected to research a topic, and create a story bank.
Does this class have a manual?
Students get access to chosen slides that they can download via google classroom. At the end of day 3, the class will get an Impromptu Speaking Checklist that they can print and display in their desks/area to be guided accordingly. The checklist will also include some questions for them to practice Impromptu Speaking on their own.
